Have you been abused by British Airways?

Modern air travel is stressful enough without the abuse that some airlines inflict on passengers. If you are a legitimate victim of airline abuse and reasonable attempts at redress have been ignored or refused by the airline, I encourage you to submit a complaint via the CEDR to send a clear message to the airline that this behaviour will not be tolerated. A few inches in airline seat spacing can make a big difference especially for taller passengers and on longer flights.

A recent survey of 32 airlines by Business Traveller magazine and Seatplans.com shows British Airways as one of the stingiest for economy seating legroom.

Airlines providing the most economy legroom are Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines. Virgin Atlantic also provide wider seats and legroom than BA.
