Have you been abused by British Airways?

Modern air travel is stressful enough without the abuse that some airlines inflict on passengers. If you are a legitimate victim of airline abuse and reasonable attempts at redress have been ignored or refused by the airline, I encourage you to submit a complaint via the CEDR to send a clear message to the airline that this behaviour will not be tolerated. The process is free if you are successful or £25 if you are unsuccessful. Please let me know about your success stories!

Legal Advice

If you need legal help, I haven't used Bott & Co Solicitors personally but they have some good advice on their website about claiming compensation from airlines and have a no-win no-fee no-risk guarantee.

A "Your Stories" page has been added to the website today for you to tell your story about British Airways! To add your story, go to the "Your Stories" page and click on the "Add story" link at the top of the page. The form asks you for your email address but note that this is kept private and is not displayed anywhere on the website.

This is the first time I have published my own story on the website and this goes back to some bad experiences with British Airways in 2007. We vowed never to fly British Airways and never to go through Heathrow airport ever again.

I'm happy to report that even though we've flown every year since 2007, we have stuck to our promise. We have experienced great service on Emirates, Aegean Airlines, Virgin, Air Asia, Pacific Blue and Jetstar and we've never had a delayed flight or a lost bag!

Happy travelling!
